Tori Spelling, 43, welcomes FIFTH child and reveals darling name for her newborn son

Candy Spelling spared no expense when she hosted a baby shower on February 11, for her daughter Tori who was at the time expecting her fifth child with husband Dean.

The Bel Air hotel's main restaurant was the scene for the more than 50 invited guests' luncheon.

'This was easily a $40,000 event,' one source tells DailyMail.com, 'A diet soda there can set you back $10, so can you imagine the cost of renting out their main restaurant for four hours on Grammy weekend for a party?'

The 43-year-old gave birth to a healthy baby Ombre Jade Strapless La Femme 22880 Long Prom Dresses on Thursday and revealed the name of her son on Twitter just hours later.

She tweeted a black and white image of the newborn's tiny hand inside her husband Dean McDermott's hand.

Tori wrote alongside the image: 'We are so excited to announce the birth of the newest member of the McDermott family!'

She then revealed her son's name: 'Please join us in welcoming Beau Dean McDermott.'

Tori, 43, attended the five star fete with all four of her children, Liam, nine, Stella, eight, Hattie, five, and Finn, four. 

Mother and daughter have not always gotten along so famously. Things really came to a head in 2006 when Tori produced and starred in the TV satire 'So Notorious,' with Loni Anderson playing a campy version of Candy.

The relationship was further strained after the death of family patriarch Aaron Spelling in 2008, when Tori, the self-proclaimed 'Daddy's girl', was only left $750,000 of his $600 million fortune.

Recently, Candy, 71, admitted that she has been footing the bill for the mens denali fleece jacket family, paying rent on their Woodland Hills home, the kids' private school tuition, and food.

Tori has been married to Dean since 2006, but their marriage troubles, which they eventually overcame, was heavily documented in their reality series True Tori in 2014.
